Was great to speak to FirstWork Ontario’s Youth Employment Network at their Amplify 2025 Conference in Toronto. It is a difficult economic environment right now and I was glad to be part of the discussion regarding what non-profits should think about when it comes to preparing for the future. It will be a time for resilience for sure, but there are also opportunities ahead and it is a good time for all organizations to take time to think of what they want to be and to represent going forward.
