March 8th was International Women’s Day and I had the good fortune to celebrate it in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, speaking to the Yellowknife Chamber of Commerce. The occasion was their ‘Trailblazers Lunch’ which honoured high-achieving women in their community. It was a great event, and Yellowknife was a really cool place to visit (I’ll post a different time about the dogsledding. No, I’m not kidding, I took my daughter with me and she thought it would be an awesome thing for us to do, which I guess it was).
