I feel honoured that I was asked to do the opening keynote for the CSA Group at their Pathways Conference in Toronto. The subject was the aging population and what that will means for the future of work, which is a complicated subject to say the least. I talked about the way that demographics are evolving in Canada and around the world, putting it in the context of a world that is being buffeted by so many other megatrends from climate to AI. The audience was wonderful, passionate about the subject and eager to think about how to craft the best future. Such an inspiring day!
