Was awesome to speak to the Ontario Municipal Financial Officers in lovely Blue Mountain, Ontario. Yes, the discussion was about the economy but it was also about resilience and why it is more important than ever to develop it both from an individual and an organisational perspective.
In my latest column for the Globe and Mail I look at the phenomenon of ‘Quiet Quitting’. As much as it is easy to write off the Gen Z workers going this route as slackers, the reality is that they are sending a message that probably should not be ignored. Read more here
